I will beat any competitors price by 15% (for comparable design work).

I will also provide maintenance for your web site at a very reasonable cost.

Small Business Presence $495 CDN
Includes: .	up to 5 pages of content plus an introductory page for site up to 5 images per page (images will be optimized for web viewing i.e. resized, resampled, use of 'alt' descriptions) customized navigation menu (consistent on all pages) incorporation of business logo as part of site header email links and links to external sites site optimized for search engines (using meta tags and key words) feedback/ suggestions on client content/ wording and images installation of web site on client selected web hosting service copyright protection for web content, if requested (i.e. disabling of ‘right click’ save functionality for site visitors
Customized Options*	flash intro, picture rollover or slideshow, scrolling text bar, mouse tail, online questionnaire, paypal linkages/ buttons

Maintenance Rates
	2 options: $30 CDN per month, if contracted for a minimum of 6 months and billed for the full period (at the start), or $80 CDN per hour (1/2 hour minimum) The first option allows for approximately 1/2 hour maintenance per month. Maintenance work can include: - making changes to existing pages (text, photo updates) - updating external links to other sites Site redesign is not included in maintenance work.
Terms of Payment Payment by Paypal, cash, or certified cheque. A deposit of 33% is required to initiate the design work. Once you've approved the prototype design, full payment is due prior to publishing your site to your web host.
